History
Jesse joined Whalley Law in 2026 with more than a dozen years of experience in civil, criminal, and appellate practice on both sides of the Cascades. Jesse has spent half his career in private practice and the other half working for county governments in Washington. He has appeared before all three divisions of the Court of Appeals and the Washington Supreme Court, and has worked on cases ranging in complexity from routine traffic tickets to the right to exotic animal ownership.
Passion
Jesse is a fourth-generation resident of Washington, and is proud to call the Pacific Northwest home and root for the Seahawks and Mariners. Jesse is a graduate of Western Washington University, the University of San Francisco School of Law, and Phoenix Seminary. When not in the office, he enjoys being in the sun and spending time with his beloved family.
